Alexander Gommlich has been Head of Legal at Deutsche Bahn AG since spring 2016 and is thus the company's chief legal advisor. Prior to this, he held various other positions at Deutsche Bahn. Dr. Gommlich is a member of the executive committee of the “German Association of Corporate Lawyers”.

Peter Herkenhoff is the spokesperson for the major American law firm Hogan Lovells. Prior to that, he was the spokesperson for a large bank for many years and worked as a journalist, among others for WELT am SONNTAG and Financial Times Deutschland.

Patrick Krauskopf is an attorney licensed to practice in Zurich and New York. He has been Chairman of AGON Partners since 2014 and Head of the Center for Competition and Trade Law at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) since 2003.

Andreas Kurz is head of the editorial team at the business magazine Impulse and a fully qualified lawyer. He previously worked for the Financial Times Deutschland for many years, including as coordinator for the “Law and Taxes” page.

Karin Matussek is the legal affairs correspondent at the business news agency Bloomberg. She previously worked as a lawyer for WilmerHale and as a consultant at the Federal Ministry of Justice.

Martin U. Müller is business editor at SPIEGEL. He studied medicine and attended the Henri Nannen School. Müller is a jury member for the “Journalist of the Year” award and received the 3rd prize at the Helmut Schmidt Journalism Prize.

Christan Mutter is the social media editor of the BILD newspaper. The graduate in political science previously attended the Axel Springer Academy and gained experience at the ARD studio in New York and the dpa.

Antje Neumann is the editor-in-chief of JUVE. She has been working for the publishing house since 1998, having previously worked as a lawyer for several years. In 2007, Antje Neumann was named Specialist Journalist of the Year.

Rainer Ohler is Head of Airbus Corporate Communications. Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President Public Affairs and Communications at Airbus, where he was responsible for all government affairs, corporate security and the management of communications activities. Ohler holds a doctorate in law.

Christian Schertz is a press and media lawyer. He represents a number of celebrities, including Jan Böhmermann, Günther Jauch, Herbert Grönemeyer and Bettina Wulff. Schertz teaches “Strategic Legal Communication” at the HU Berlin together with lawyer Dominik Höch.

Jens-Oliver Voß is responsible for communications for the Compliance, Data Protection, Legal and Corporate Security division at Deutsche Bahn. He began his career in broadcasting in Baden-Württemberg. After various positions in both private and public broadcasting, he was most recently head of editorial staff at Sender Freies Berlin (later Rundfunk Berlin Brandenburg).

Martin Wohlrabe is managing director of CONSILIUM Rechtskommunikation. He worked as a journalist for the BILD newspaper for many years. Mr. Wohlrabe also worked as a consultant to Wolfgang Schäuble in the Bundestag. The lawyer teaches “Strategic Legal Communication” at the University of Freiburg.
