Prof. Alfred Dierlamm
Prof. Alfred Dierlamm is a founding partner of the law firm DIERLAMM Rechtsanwälte and works primarily in the areas of commercial, tax and accounting criminal law. Since 2010, he has held a professorship at the University of Trier for commercial and tax criminal law. In addition, Prof. Dierlamm works as an expert for the Legal Affairs Committee of the German Bundestag and as an ombudsman for several well-known large companies.

Dr. Rainer Eckert
Dr. Rainer Eckert is a founding partner of the law firm ECKERT Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater. He is regularly appointed as insolvency administrator or trustee in significant insolvency proceedings throughout Germany. In addition to his work as a lawyer, Dr. Rainer Eckert is a lecturer at Leibniz Universität Hannover. He is also the author of numerous scientific articles on insolvency and tax law.

Prof. Udo Di Fabio
Prof. Udo Di Fabio is a professor of public law in Bonn. Between 1999 and 2011, he was a judge at the Federal Constitutional Court in the department for European law, international law and parliamentary law.
At the end of his term of office, he was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany with star and shoulder ribbon. Most recently, he was a member of the “Corona Expert Council” for the joint development of a strategic approach to the pandemic by the council with the state government of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Prof. Lucas F. Flöther
Prof. Lucas F. Flöther is a German lawyer, insolvency administrator and restructuring expert. He is a founding partner of the law firm Flöther & Wissing. In addition to his teaching position at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, Prof. Flöther is the spokesperson for the Gravenbrucher Kreis, an association of leading insolvency administrators in Germany.

Dr. Claudia Kornmeier
Dr. Claudia Kornmeier is a journalist and lawyer. She is currently working primarily as a freelancer in the ARD legal editorial office in Karlsruhe, where she is responsible for cross-media reporting for all ARD programs about the Federal Constitutional Court, the Federal Court of Justice and legal issues. She alternates with her colleagues in moderating the ARD podcast “Die Justizreporter*innen”.

Karin Matussek
Karin Matussek is the Legal Affairs Correspondent for the business news agency BLOOMBERG. During her 14 years working for the international news agency, she covered many major business proceedings. Prior to that, she worked as a lawyer for WilmerHale and as a consultant at the Federal Ministry of Justice. Before Karin Matussek began her legal career, she had already worked as an editor in Braunschweig.

Jan Meyer-Berkhout
Jan Meyer-Berkhout has been Head of Business Development & Communications at Noerr since 2012. The business graduate heads an international team and is responsible for corporate development, marketing and communications in eleven countries.

Dr. Dorothee Prosteder
Dr. Dorothee Prosteder is a partner at Noerr and specializes in complex transactions in the insolvency environment and in restructuring. She advises domestic and foreign clients on national and cross-border M&A transactions, restructurings and on multi-layered insolvency law issues. In 2021, she was named top lawyer for restructuring and insolvency law by WirtschaftsWoche.

Jörg Quoos
Jörg Quoos is founding editor-in-chief of the FUNKE central editorial office in Berlin. With its exclusive content, it is one of the most cited editorial offices in Germany. Jörg Quoos was born in Heidelberg and, before the new FUNKE editorial office was established, held various positions including editor-in-chief of FOCUS, deputy editor-in-chief of BILD, long-standing head of the politics and business desk at BILD and BILD AM SONNTAG, and editor at the Berliner BZ and the Heidelberger Rhein-Neckar-Zeitung.

Annette Ramelsberger
Annette Ramelsberger works as a political reporter, department head and expert on internal security and extremism for the Süddeutsche Zeitung. Since 2012, she has been writing as a court reporter on significant proceedings that shape social discourse. She achieved particular fame through her coverage of the NSU trial, for which she was awarded the Henri Nannen Prize. Annette Ramelsberger began her journalistic career at the AP news agency, where she covered the fall of the Berlin Wall and the demise of the GDR as a correspondent in the GDR, among other things.

Monika Schaller
Monika Schaller has been Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications & Corporate Responsibility at Deutsche Post DHL Group since July 2019. Prior to that, she was responsible for communications at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs.

Martin Wohlrabe
Martin Wohlrabe is the founder and managing director of CONSILIUM Rechtskommunikation. He worked as a journalist for the BILD newspaper for many years. Wohlrabe also worked as a consultant to Wolfgang Schäuble in the Bundestag. The lawyer teaches “Strategic Legal Communication” at the University of Freiburg.
