Dr. Joos Hellert

Dr. Joos Hellert is a partner at Eversheds Sutherland and heads the German Litigation and Dispute Management practice group from the Munich office. He is a commercial litigator with around 20 years of experience.

Prof. Roman Poseck (Justizminister Hessen)

Prof. Roman Poseck

Prof. Roman Poseck has been the Hessian Minister of Justice since May 31, 2022. Prior to that, he had been President of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main since 2012 and, since 2017, also President of the State Constitutional Court of the State of Hesse.

From 2001 to 2012, he worked at the Hessian Ministry of Justice, where he served as the permanent representative of the state secretary, head of the central department and office manager of the minister. Prior to that, he was a judge at the district court in Limburg an der Lahn and a lawyer at BASF AG. He completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Limburg an der Lahn and his law studies in Gießen and Utrecht. Prof. Dr. Poseck has been an honorary professor at the EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in Wiesbaden since 2016.

Meike Schreiber

Meike Schreiber studied German and Romance languages and literature, as well as economics, in Lyon, Freiburg and Cologne. She then completed a traineeship at the Financial Times Deutschland, where she worked from 2003 until the newspaper ceased publication in 2012. She then worked as an editor in the banking and finance department of the FTD's Frankfurt office. She then set up her own business, founding the press office SchreiberDohms. She has been reporting for the SZ as a banking correspondent from the financial center of Frankfurt since 2015.

Prof. Hans-Patrick Schroeder specializes in arbitration proceedings, corporate disputes and disputes arising from compliance violations. Since the financial crisis, he has been increasingly in demand as a consultant in insolvency-related legal disputes.

Hans-Patrick Schroeder is consulted by clients primarily in strategic disputes that have a direct impact on corporate success. He has extensive experience in representing parties in court proceedings, arbitration proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. His experience as an arbitrator and mediator enables him to effectively present his clients' position even in difficult circumstances. Prof. Peter Szyszka

Prof. Peter Szyszka is a communication scientist and professor of public relations and organizational communication at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hannover. His research focuses on the fundamentals of strategic communication, communicative impact processes and social value creation. He is the author of the book “Beziehungskapital” (Relationship Capital).

Dr. Sarah Tacke moderates the ZDF business program WISO and ZDF special programs on current major events and heads the ZDF legal and judicial editorial team. As ZDF's legal affairs correspondent, she reports on significant court cases in Germany and Europe. She also provides legal assessments of political and social developments and proposed legislation in all ZDF programs. Sarah Tacke has a doctorate in law and is a trained journalist.
