Felix Damm

Felix Damm

After studying law, Mr. Damm went on to study cultural management alongside his work. He worked for many years in a media law firm specializing in film and event law before founding DAMM I Rechtsanwälte, a boutique law firm specializing in media and press law, in 2003. He is a specialist lawyer in copyright and media law and is one of the leading lawyers in the field of press law. His extensive expertise in press and freedom of expression law is based, among other things, on more than 5,000 legal disputes, both in and out of court.

Clarissa Haller

Clarissa Haller

Clarissa Haller has been Global Head of Communications at SIEMENS AG in Munich since July 2016. Clarissa Haller studied German literature, art history and American studies in Munich. She worked as a journalist for newspapers and radio before switching to communications. From 2006 to 2015, she held various communications positions at Daimler-Benz Aerospace AG, Bahlsen KG, Roche Diagnostics, ABB Ltd. and Credit Suisse AG. She is married and has two sons.

Sönke Iwersen

Sönke Iwersen

Sönke Iwersen, born in Hamburg in 1971, graduated from the Axel Springer School of Journalism and then joined the business editorial team of the Stuttgarter Zeitung. Since 2006 he has been an editor at the Handelsblatt, where he built up the investigative team from 2012. Under his leadership, it has become an important corrective in the German media landscape and has received numerous journalism prizes. Iwersen himself has also received numerous awards, including the Henri Nannen Prize in 2013, two Wächterpreise (2012/2015) and the Kurt Tucholsky Prize for Literary Journalism (2017).

Dr. Christoph Klahold

Dr. Christoph Klahold

Dr. Christoph Klahold has been General Counsel and Group Chief Compliance Officer of the global insurance group Munich Re since the fall of 2018. He heads the group's legal department and is responsible for the company's compliance management system. Prior to this, Christoph Klahold was Chief Compliance Officer of the Essen-based industrial group thyssenkrupp. He holds a doctorate in stock corporation law and has many years of experience in setting up and implementing compliance programs.

Angela Maier

Angela Maier

With a degree in business administration, Angela Maier completed her traineeship at the Donaukurier. From 1996 she worked as an editor at the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, and from 2004 until the end of 2012 she was a correspondent for the Financial Times Deutschland, initially in Frankfurt and then in Munich. She is the author of a book about financial investors (“Der Heuschrecken-Faktor”, published by Carl Hanser Verlag in 2007). Since 2013, she has been the Munich correspondent of the US news agency Bloomberg and has been working for manager magazin since November 2013. Areas of expertise: corporate reporting, particularly: industry, insurance companies, financial investors.

Prof. Tido Park

Prof. Tido Park

After graduating and completing his doctorate, Tido Park specialized in commercial criminal law. Since 2001, he has been a specialist lawyer in criminal and tax law. He is a lecturer in commercial criminal and tax criminal law at the Westphalian Wilhelm University of Münster. In 2009, he was appointed an honorary professor there. Tido Park is recommended by all the leading industry guides and lawyer rankings as a particularly distinguished expert in commercial criminal law. In 2018, the Handelsblatt (133/2018) named him Lawyer of the Year in the category of commercial criminal law.

Ingrid Schmitz

Ingrid Schmitz

Ingrid Schmitz has been the spokesperson for the WDR broadcasting company since April 2016 and heads the communications department. Her previous roles include deputy studio manager in Münster and Duisburg, personal assistant to former director-general Monika Piel, managing editor, editor and reporter in the field of current affairs reporting for television, radio and online. Before joining WDR in 2004, the trained journalist had already worked for more than ten years in daily reporting for public and private TV and radio stations. From 1999 to 2002, she was head of news at the Deutsche Fernsehnachrichten Agentur. Schmitz has an MA in political science and German studies.

Andrea Stahl studied modern and contemporary history and modern German literature in Freiburg, Durham and Munich. She then completed a traineeship in the press department of C.H.Beck before joining Serviceplan PR & Content. She has been responsible for communications and social media at Gleiss Lutz since 2017.

Martin Wohlrabe

Martin Wohlrabe

Martin Wohlrabe is managing director of CONSILIUM Rechtskommunikation. He worked as a journalist for the BILD newspaper for many years. Wohlrabe also worked as a consultant to Wolfgang Schäuble in the Bundestag. The lawyer teaches “Strategic Legal Communication” at the University of Freiburg.

Press officer at the Braunschweig public prosecutor's office since 2002, senior public prosecutor since 2006. Born in Wolfenbüttel, where he grew up and still lives. From 1979 to 1982 trainee and junior editor at the Wolfenbütteler Zeitung. From 1983 law studies, since 1989 in the service of the state of Lower Saxony. Married, two children.
